    Comments:

    This set-up is great if your vehicl already has bars running front to back. It is quick and easy to install while offering a solid attachment for all things roof rack. The down side is that after a few years in the weather, the tightening screws corrode and lock up making it impossible to remove even with a good hex wrench (the ones provided just spin in their plastic handles). The idea of spending another $175 to replace these is galling, but I will and may well slather all the internal metal parts with grease.
