The days of compromising between agility, travel, and speed are over, meet Trek’s Remedy 7 29. The aluminum frame proudly boasts Trek’s Full Floater and ABP suspension that pedals and climbs efficiently yet absolutely crushes the descents. The combo of 29-inch wheels and 140mm of suspension makes you an unstoppable force, backed up by a Revelation RL up front and a Fox Float DRCV in the back. Rounding out this great foundation is a quick-shifting Shimano drivetrain and discs, Bontrager wheels, and a Bonty bar, post, stem and seat. Forget compromise, the answer is the Remedy.

Comments:
I use this bike for a variety of off road uses. Excellent trail bike. I am able to climb/roll over anything in front of me. Great downhill bike! The rear suspension does an excellent job of keeping the rear tire on the ground giving you better control and handling. The brakes work great when they work, but they do not like water and once they are wet you will experience some brake fade.

Comments:
For the money this bike offers a lot. The 29 inch rims take some getting used to, but overall makes for a bike that climbs great, and easy to descend. The DRCV works well and i enjoy the rebound settings on the shock, you can fine tune it for almost any type of riding. Would like to see tubeless tires, but you can upgrade that later. I also installed ks lev dropper seat post to make the ride that much better. 140mm of suspesnion travel is plenty for most riders, unless you are a heavy DH rider. I would buy again, prefered this frame over the Fuel buy a longshot.
